Ingredients
50 g | butter, unsalted |
50 g | muscovado sugar |
2 tbsp | golden syrup |
2 tbsp | whipping cream |
Instructions
Combine the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a small saucepan and bring slowly to the boil, stirring continuously.Reduce the heat and simmer until sauce is thickened. Stir in the cream, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
