Ingredients
Serves: 3- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 ounces cubed processed cheese food
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 35 mins1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F and lightly coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Butter the hot cooked pasta and place in a saucepan over low heat. Add cheeses and half and half. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper, then pour into baking dish.
3. Dot with butter, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
