Ingredients

• 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 (.5 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 1/2 pounds beef pot roast
• 4 small potatoes, quartered
• 6 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 3 hours

1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine soups and wine in an 8×8-inch baking dish. Set pot roast in sauce, arrange potatoes and carrots in dish around the roast, and cover with foil.
