Ingredients

Serves: 4

• 3 1/3 cups all-purpose apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon + 1/3 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons water
• 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons butter, melted

Preparation method

Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 40 mins

1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees f.
2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the apples, white sugar, 1 teaspoon flour, and cinnamon. Then sprinkle with water and pour into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
3. Make the crumble topping by stirring together the oats, 1/3 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and melted butter. Distribute over the apples in the baking dish.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
