Tipsy Red Berry Jam recipe

Ingredients

500 g strawberries, hulled and diced
250 g redcurrants, cleaned
250 g red gooseberries, cleaned and halved
1 tsp grated orange peel
500 g jam sugar
4 tbsp vodka


Instructions

In a saucepan mix the berries with orange peel and the sugar. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.

Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, adding the vodka in the last few seconds.

Fill into sterilized jars. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
