Tipsy Red Berry Jam recipe

|500 g||strawberries, hulled and diced|
|250 g||redcurrants, cleaned|
|250 g||red gooseberries, cleaned and halved|
|1 tsp||grated orange peel|
|500 g||jam sugar|
In a saucepan mix the berries with orange peel and the sugar. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, adding the vodka in the last few seconds.
Fill into sterilized jars. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
