Tipsy apricot jam recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | apricots, stones removed and diced |
½ | lemon, zest and juice |
65 ml | almond liqueur |
500 g | jam sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan mix the apricots with the lemon juice, a pinch of lemon peel and the sugar. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, adding the liqueur in the last few seconds.
Fill into sterilized jars. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
