Ingredients

1 kg apricots, stones removed and diced
½  lemon, zest and juice
65 ml almond liqueur
500 g jam sugar

Instructions

In a saucepan mix the apricots with the lemon juice, a pinch of lemon peel and the sugar. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.

Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, adding the liqueur in the last few seconds.

Fill into sterilized jars. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
