Three fruit cobbler melange recipe details
- Ingredients
- 8 or 9 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 bag of frozen peaches, small
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries or blueberries, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup of pecans, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 cube of butter (not too much)
- 1/8 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup lowfat granola or museli
- cinnamon, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste
- 1 pear, peeled and sliced
Place apple slices in a small glass 9 x 12-inch baking dish to the top. Add peaches, pear, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix and bake in microwave for approximately 12 minutes. (Until apples are softened, but not mushy.) Remove and add raspberries or blueberries. Gently fold mixture together. Add granola. Serve in individual dishes. Top with whipped cream and a splash of raspberry syrup or with lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt.
