Thick sirloin mushroom burgers recipe details
These half-pound burgers made with flavorful ground sirloin and topped with mushrooms give you restaurant burger flavor at home.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 pounds ground sirloin beef
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup grated onion and 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
2. In a bowl, combine beef with Worcestershire, garlic, grated onion, and parsley. Form into 4 patties.
3. Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes, until beef is cooked to your liking, flipping once midway through cooking time.
4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sliced onion for about 8 minutes in melted butter, then stir in mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Serve patties with mushrooms and onions on top.
