- Ingredients:
- 6 ounces shredded Monterey jack and cheddar
- 3-1/2 ounces chopped green chili peppers
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Dash Tabascopepper sauce
