Ingredients
½ tbsp | sunflower oil |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
600 ml | chicken stock |
1 can(s) | corn, drained and rinsed |
225 g | shrimp, shelled and cooked |
1 tsp | chili paste, green |
fish sauce | |
1 tbsp | cilantro leaves |
Instructions
In a large saucepan heat the oil. Sauté the onion and the garlic until soft. Add the stock, corn, and chili paste. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook briefly until just hot. Season to taste with fish sauce.Serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
