600 g | salmon fillets |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
2 tbsp | green curry paste |
1 | egg |
some | spring onion |
juice of 1 lemon | |
½ bunch(es) | coriander leaves |
some | oil for frying |
Instructions
Chop the salmon fillets and add all ingredients. Mix well (can be done in a kitchen machine).Fry small portions in hot oil. Serve with rice.
