Thai beef curry recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | beef strips |
300 ml | coconut milk |
1 tbsp | fish sauce |
1 tbsp | red curry paste |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | brown sugar |
1 tsp | minced garlic |
80 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | bell pepper, chopped |
4 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
Instructions
Mix the beef strips with oil and garlic in a bowl. Place one batch of strips in a wok and heat wok over low heat. Stir-fry the beef strips in batches, removing each batch when cooked.Add chopped bell pepper, mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Return beef strips to wok with the vegetables. Add curry paste, fish sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar and chopped basil. Toss to heat through.
Serving suggestions:Serve with boiled rice.
