Teriyaki spuds recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3 pounds new potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion
- Marinade
- 2 Tablespoons ginger
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons orange zest
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
Combine marinade ingredients. Parboil potatoes until tender. When potatoes are done, cut into disks and saute until browned in oven. Add a little oil to the pan with the onion. Coat with marinade. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
