Smokey, sweet, and with a tiny bit of heat from red pepper flakes. Great marinade for any meat. Inspired by mls1023’s “Grilled Flank Steak for a Crowd”

Ingredients
Makes: 1 cup- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic resealable bag. Use to marinate meats and vegetables before grilling.Note
Recipe makes about 3/4 cup of marinade, enough for 1 1/2 pounds of steak.
