Teriyaki salmon recipe details
Ingredients
4 slice(s) | salmon fillet, about 200g each |
2 tsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | sake or sherry |
2 tbsp | rice wine |
3 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | cress, chopped |
½ tbsp | radish, grated |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Mix together the sugar, sake, rice wine, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the salmon and marinate for 15 minutes.Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the fish from both sides for 4 minutes. Pour in all of the marinade and cook for another minute.
Garnish the salmon fillets with the cress and the radish and serve hot.
