Ingredients
250 g | chicken breast fillet, diced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
4 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 | ripe papaya, seeded and diced |
2 | red onions, sliced |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken meat and marinate for 2 hours.Thread the chicken, onion and papaya onto skewers. Grill, turning frequently, for 10-15 minutes. Brush occasionally with the remaining marinade.
