Ingredients
¼ tsp | nutmeg, ground |
¼ tsp | cardamom, ground |
¼ tsp | cloves, ground |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
½ tsp | black pepper, salt |
4 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 medium | onion(s), chopped |
60 ml | lemon juice |
120 ml | water |
30 ml | white vinegar |
30 ml | olive oil |
1 kg | boneless chicken, thigh or breast |
Instructions
Slice chicken very thinly into circles about 4-1/2 inches (ca. 10 cm)
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Leave in covered
container in refrigerator overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and arrange slices under the grill.
Grill, turning once, so it is browned on both sides.
