Ingredients
2 | chicken breast fillets |
1 tbsp | sesame seeds |
For the marinade: | |
½ tbsp | brown sugar |
1 tbsp | freshly grated ginger |
50 ml | sherry |
50 ml | vegetable oil |
50 ml | soy sauce |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade. Put meat and marinade into a ziploc bag and allow to soak for 2-6 hours.
Grill the meat over medium heat until just cooked through. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
