Teriyaki burger recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | minced beef |
3 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
4 slice(s) | pineapple |
4 slice(s) | cheese |
4 | hamburger buns, halved |
1 cup(s) | sugar, brown |
1 cup(s) | ketchup |
3 tbsp | mustard |
1 | onion, sliced |
1 | tomato, sliced |
4 leaves | lettuce |
salt and pepper | |
3 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Shape 4 hamburger patties out of the minced meat. Sprinkle the patties with the teriyaki sauce and allow to soak for 10 minutes.In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the patties from both sides until done. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and fry until slightly golden.
In a separate saucepan, mix together the ketchup, sugar and mustard. Cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Layer the lower halves of the buns with lettuce leaves, burger patties, ketchup sauce, onion, cheese and tomato slices.
Cover with the upper halves and serve immediately.
