Ingredients
100 g | gherkins, finely chopped |
1 small | red onion, finely chopped |
3 sprig(s) | dill, finely chopped |
250 g | smoked salmon, finely diced |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
some | pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the gherkins, onion, dill, salmon and the oil. Season to taste with lemon juice and pepper.Serve with baguette, crisped up in the oven.
