For the sauce: | |
4 tbsp | cocktail sauce |
1 tbsp | fresh horseradish, grated |
1 dash(es) | Worcestershire sauce |
4 tbsp | single cream |
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
salt |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce together.
Open the oysters, arrange on plates and drizzle each with some sauce.
