Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
2 tsp | horseradish |
½ tsp | salt |
For the sauce: | |
120 ml | orange marmelade |
¼ tsp | garlic, minced |
1 ½ tbsp | flour |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | ginger, ground |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
60 ml | water |
Instructions
Combine ground beef, salt and horseradish. Shape meat mixture into the size of golf balls, and place in a baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C.
