Tangy chicken thighs recipe details
Ingredients
½ | lemon, juice |
1 tsp | Hickory salt |
16 | chicken thighs |
100 g | ketchup |
1 ½ tbsp | paprika powder |
1 tsp | honey |
1 tsp | chilli powder |
3 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ketchup with paprika powder, honey, chilli, oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with Hickory salt.Brush the chicken thighs with the sauce. Arrange on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 35-45 minutes.
Serve with the remaining sauce, fresh salad and crusty white bread.
