Chicken Tenderloin with Orange Rice recipe

Ingredients
500 g | chicken breast, diced |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 large can(s) | mandarin oranges, drained |
200 g | cooked rice |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
In large skillet, sauté chicken in oil. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Melt butter and add in mandarin orange slices, rice and salt. Heat through and stir occasionally. When heated through, add chicken and toss well.
