Tangy cauliflower recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | cauliflower |
2 tbsp | water |
120 g | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | chopped onion |
1 tsp | mustard |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Cook cauliflower in slightly salted water until tender.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard and cheese in bowl. Mix well. Spread on cauliflower.
Bake in the oven until cheese is melted.
