Tangerine pudding recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | cornflour |
2 tbsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | tangerine peel, freshly grated |
500 ml | milk |
250 g | tangerine sections, halved |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine the cornflour, sugar, salt and milk and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Simmer for 2 minutes and stir constantly.Remove from heat and stir in the tangerine peel. Allow to cool.
To serve, fold in the tangerine sections.
