Fruit frappe recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups small ice cubes (fill blender 1/3 full)
- 1 cup papaya nectar
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 ripe banana
- About 1/3 cup frozen blackberries or frozen raspberries (not packed in syrup)
- 1 Tablespoon canned cream of coconut (a key ingredient in pina coladas, available in the liquor department of your grocery store)
In a blender, blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth.
