Ingredients

4 clove(s) garlic
2 tbsp chili peppers, dried and crushed
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to the lowest level, e.g. 50°C.

Pestle all ingredients together in a mortar. Spread on a baking sheet. Put into the oven and allow to dry completely. That will take at least 30 minutes. Then pestle again to a very fine powder.

Pour into a jar with screw cap. Store at a dry, dark and cool place.

Use for spicy stews.
