For the marinade: | |
120 ml | balsamic vinegar |
180 ml | olive oil |
fresh basil, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Whisk together vinegar and oil. Stir in basil and pour over fish. Marinate for about 45 minutes, turning once before grilling.Preparation time:
