3 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
2 bunch(es) | Swiss chard, stems chopped, leaves cut in stripes |
6 | potatoes, peeled and cooked |
some | salt and pepper |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 pinch(es) | chili powder |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until lucent. Add the chard and cook for 10 minutes.Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the chard. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
