Ingredients

120 g | vanilla wafer crumbs |
100 g | sugar |
30 g | cocoa |
70 g | butter, melted |
For the cheesecake: | |
240 ml | cream cheese |
400 ml | condensed milk |
4 medium | eggs |
30 g | flour |
60 g | butter, melted |
20 g | cocoa |
1 tbsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter in a bowl. Stir to mix. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.Combine cream cheese, milk, eggs, vanilla and flour. Beat until well combined.
In a small bowl mix together cocoa and butter and stir. Remove half of the batter and add it to the cocoa mixture. Stir.
Spoon both mixtures in alternating layers into the crust. Use a knife to swirl the batters together to make the marble effect.
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center of the cheesecake is set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
