Ingredients

2 large	sweetheart cabbage leaves
150 g	celeriac, finely chopped
1	onion, chopped
	vegetable stock
3 tbsp	single cream
125 g	minced turkey meat
1 tbsp	parsley, chopped
1	egg
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp	oil
	mustard seeds
	caraway seeds
½ tbsp	butter

Instructions

Blanche the sweetheart cabbage leaves in salted water for a minute, then pat dry. Mix together the minced meat, egg, parsley and a third of the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Top the cabbage leaves with the mixture. Roll up and tie with kitchen string.

In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the rolls and another third of the onions until the rolls are golden all around. Stir in 6 tablespoons of the stock and add a pinch of each, mustard and caraway seeds. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

In a pan, melt the butter. Sauté the celeriac with the remaining third of the onions until nearly soft. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the stock and the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for a few minutes until soft, but still a bit firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve together with the cabbage rolls.
