Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1 large winter squash
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cut squash in half and remove the seeds and strings and place cup side up on baking sheet.
3. Distribute butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup evenly into both cups.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
