Ingredients
- Samosa strips – 12
- Corn – 1 cup
- Cottage cheese – 1 cup (grated)
- Spring onions (hari piyaz) – 1 cup
- Green chillies – 2 (chopped)
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Boil the corn and mash
- Put mashed corn, cheese, green chillies, black pepper, spring onions, salt, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix
- Place a spoonful each of this mixture on samosa strips and shape the samosa
- Beat an egg
- Brush the edges of samosa with it and seal them
- Heat oil in a wok (karahi) and fry samosas till golden
- Place them on paper towel and serve hot
