Ingredients1. Catfish fillets (2-3)
For Marinade or Basting Sauce Ingredients
1. Ketchup (1/3c)
2. brown sugar (1tbsp)
3. salt (1tsp)
4. finely chopped fresh basil (2tsp)
5. minced garlic (2cloves)
6. horseradish (3tbsp)
7. red wine vinegar (4tbsp)
8. black pepper (1/4tsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a shallow dish, place catfish in the dish. Take a bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and then pour it over the catfish fillets.
2. Cover the bowl and keep it to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 to 45 minutes. Now take out the fillets from the dish and then discard the marinade.
3. Preheat the grill for the medium high heat. Now place the fillets on the grill and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the fillets once while cooking.
4. When the fish gets cooked or easily flakes with fork then remove the fillets from the heat and serve them.
