Ingredients
Makes: 8 tablespoons- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Combine cornstarch and water in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
