Classic appetizer for parties and very easy to make!
Ready in: 1 hour

Ingredients

Serves: 6
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (32 ounce) package sauerkraut
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans cranberry sauce, without seeds
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, sauerkraut, garlic powder to taste, 2 eggs, and bread crumbs. Form into your meat balls.
2. Brown meatballs in olive oil over medium heat in a skillet until no longer pink in the middle, about 15 minutes depending on size of meatballs. Remove excess grease.
3. Add cranberry sauce to pan and simmer for 30 minutes until melted.
4. Serve over rice or place in slow cooker on Warm for your party guests to eat with toothpicks.
