Ingredients

1 large can(s)	pineapple chunks, 410g
2 small	apples, peeled and grated
1	green capsicum, cut into chunks
2 tbsp	cornflour
2 tbsp	vinegar
100 ml	white wine
1 tbsp	soy sauce
	salt and black pepper

Instructions

Simmer the pineapple chunks with apples and capsicum in the liquid from the canned pineapples for 5 minutes. Mix together cornflour and vinegar and add to the fruit sauce, together with the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste before serving.
