Ingredients
1 large can(s) | pineapple chunks, 410g |
2 small | apples, peeled and grated |
1 | green capsicum, cut into chunks |
2 tbsp | cornflour |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
100 ml | white wine |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
salt and black pepper |
Instructions
Simmer the pineapple chunks with apples and capsicum in the liquid from the canned pineapples for 5 minutes. Mix together cornflour and vinegar and add to the fruit sauce, together with the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste before serving.Preparation time:
