sweet and sour meatballs details
- Ingredients:
- 3 slices diced bread
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup dry milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Mix first seven ingredients and form into small meatballs. Place in baking pan and pour the remaining ingredients over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, baste with sauce occasionally.
