Ingredients
1 kg | minced pork |
1 kg | minced beef |
6 | potatoes, peeled, grated |
3 tsp | salt |
2 tsp | allspice |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a simmer.Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into rolls about 10 cm long.
Cut parchment paper into 15 cm lengths and wrap sausage well, tying both ends with string. Place rolls into the simmering water.
Cook for about 45 minutes. Remove sausages from water and let cool before unwrapping.
