Ingredients
For the meatballs: | |
3 medium | potatoes, floury variety, cooked |
450 g | beef mince |
2 | onions, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
60 g | sour cream |
For the sauce: | |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
200 ml | beef stock |
75 g | sour cream |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add the minced meat, onions, parsley and sour cream. Knead until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Form balls.In a pan heat the oil and fry the meat balls until golden brown all around. Remove from the pan.
For the sauce:
Heat the tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook stirring the tomato purée for a minute. Deglaze with the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce with the meatballs.
