Ingredients
75 g | melted butter |
100 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
300 g | curd cheese, low fat |
200 g | sour cream, 10% fat |
50 g | semolina |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
1 dash(es) | anise |
200 g | tinned apricots |
Instructions
Use a small springform (diameter 20 cm).Slit the apricots. Cover the bottom of the springform with a baking paper. Grease the sides of the springform.
In a bowl mix butter with sugar. Stir in the eggs. Add curd cheese, sour cream, semolina, lemon juice and anise. Stir until smooth.
Pour half of dough into the springform, place half of apricots on top of the dough. Cover the apricots with rest of dough. With the rest of the apricots lay a sun. (2 stripes in the middle and the rest like sun rays).
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes at 160°C. After 20 minutes cover the cake with aluminium foil.
