2 | eggs |
100 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper | |
1 glass(es) | dry white wine |
paprika powder | |
1 tbsp | butter |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Whisk the eggs. Stir in the cheese and parsley.In a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the chicken tenderloins over medium heat for 3-5 minutes from both sides. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Spread the chicken breast with the egg mixture. Add the wine, reduce heat, cover and stew for 10 minutes.
