Ingredients

2  chicken breast tenderloins
2  eggs
100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 glass(es) dry white wine
paprika powder
1 tbsp butter
½ bunch(es) parsley, chopped

Instructions

Whisk the eggs. Stir in the cheese and parsley.

In a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the chicken tenderloins over medium heat for 3-5 minutes from both sides. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Spread the chicken breast with the egg mixture. Add the wine, reduce heat, cover and stew for 10 minutes.
