Ingredients
2 cups bread crumbs
1 pound cooked and drained sausage
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer bread, sausage, cheese, and mushrooms. In a bowl or blender, beat together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Gently pour egg mixture over layers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, remove from refrigerator and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
