Ingredients
| 300 g | minced beef |
| 1 medium | aubergine, trimmed and diced |
| 1 medium | courgette, trimmed and diced |
| salt and pepper | |
| 1 pinch(es) | ginger powder |
| soy sauce | |
| ground coriander | |
| 1 pinch(es) | caraway powder |
| 1 pinch(es) | dried marjoram |
| 1 large | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |

Instructions
Combine the meat with garlic and season with caraway, marjoram, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large saucepan and stir-fry the meat, together with the onion, until crumbly and browned. Add aubergine and courgette and fry over low-medium heat until the stew is soft and well combined. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, ginger, coriander and soy sauce.Serve with rice.
