Ingredients
2 tbsp | oil |
6 tbsp | vegetable stock |
1 | onion, sliced |
300 g | chicken liver |
salt and pepper | |
4 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tsp | honey |
1 tsp | mustard |
200 g | lettuce, leaves separated |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the chicken liver briefly until just cooked. Take out of the pan and set aside. Fry the onion until slightly golden. Add the onion to the liver and season with salt and pepper.Pour the vinegar and the stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Take from heat and stir in honey and mustard.
Spread the lettuce onto the plates. Arrange the liver and onion mixture on top. Drizzle with the dressing and serve still lukewarm.
