This is one of our family favorites because we can easily have it 3 or 4 times a summer. Serve with rice.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 8 garden fresh banana peppers
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 bottle oyster sauce
- 1/2 bottle domestic beer
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Clean peppers, cut both ends off and take out the seeds. Rinse peppers.
2. Stuff peppers with Italian sausage. Place stuffed peppers in a ziplock bag. Pour oyster sauce over peppers, and place in fridge for 1 to 24 hours.
3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
4. Place contents of bag into a disposable aluminum pan, and add the beer.
5. Grill on low flame for 10 minutes, then rotate and grill for 10 minutes on other side.
