Serves: 20- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water

Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 1 hour 30 mins, rising1. Melt milk and butter together over low heat in a small saucepan. Do not boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, combine yeast and 1/2 cup sugar in water and let the yeast proof for about 5 minutes.
3. Mix yeast and milk in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, eggs, and salt, then gradually add the flour to create a dough.
4. Turn out dough onto floured countertop and knead with floured hands until dough comes together smoothly. You may need to add more flour.
5. Place dough ball in oiled plastic mixing bowl. Set in warm place for about an hour, or until dough has doubled in size.
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
7. Punch dough down, then knead again on floured surface for 1 minute.
8. Cut the dough ball in half. Roll each into a long rectangle, about 9 by 13 inches.
9. Cover with desired pizza toppings, such as pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes.
10. Roll the rectangles up from the shorter end. Brush lightly with oil, then cut four or five slits in the top of the rolls.
11. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
