- Ingredients
- Two 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/4 cups oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 5 small loaf pans. Combine strawberries, eggs and oil. In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients and stir into strawberry mixture thoroughly. Fold in nuts; pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
Yields:5 small loaves
