- Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Ore-Ida Southern Stylehash browns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1-1/2 cups cornflake crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons butter
Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, onion, and 1 stick melted butter together. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix crumbs and 4 Tablespoons butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
